Have a line in each points for Station A (A-B, A-C, A-D, A-E). Example: You have 5 Stations namely A, B, C, D, and E. Best way to get this is to have 1 line each station point to other metro stations.Make sure you have enough money to cover for the upkeep of running the Metro stations. City in Motion - Have at least 20 metro lines.This will not affect on your income so you are safe. Example, have "Raise Income Tax to Low Residential zone" to a High Residential zone area. Make sure the policy is not directly affecting the zone.Best way to get this is to have each district 1 policy each.Remember policies will have impact on your economy. Make sure you have enough money to cover for any possible losses you may have when you implement these policies. Distroy - You can easily spam district zones.This is for a well established city with greater positive income. Power at Your Fingertips - Unlock all city services such as Electricity, Water, Garbage, Health, Police, Fire, Parks and Recreation, etc.Just make sure you need them to implement them. Lawmaker - Add a policy to 1 district.City Planner - Draw 3 districts, even in empty lots.Well Informed - Make sure you click on the question mark (?) every time you go to each panel like roads, zones, services, etc.Pause, plot roads, connect them to both highway roads (entry and exit roads), put electricity supply, put water supply, don't forget the sewage, plot the zones (residential and industrial).
